You must notify Tick as soon as the claim event occurs by contacting our Overseas emergency assistance helpline at +61 2 9333 3963 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). You must then register any claim within 30 days after completion of your travel. You can download a claim form from the Important Claims Information page at www.tickinsurance.com.au/claims
