We may provide coverage for non-refundable costs incurred, provided that you purchased your policy before 4:00 pm AEST on 31st January and your planned travel destination was China. There is no coverage provided for other destinations for change of mind or fear of travel. For the latest information, please read our travel alert which details in full our position on the outbreak. In addition, we recommend that you contact your accommodation, airline, and any tour providers immediately to understand your cancellation or rescheduling entitlements. In addition to the above, coverage is dependent on which policy you purchased, and how you have been affected by the outbreak.
